What is the reason for you wanting to leave your current guild?
I joined Simplicity at the end of ToTC before ICC was released. Until now I had showed to >95% of raid nights but recently due to several signups not showing up for progression nights the guilds 25 man team has disbanded leaving me practically guildless. All I can say is it was not my choice.
Part A
Raiding Information
Communication is important, we use English for raiding. Do you speak English? Do you have vent? Do you have a mic and do you speak on vent when required?
Yes, I have vent a working microphone and will talk when required and will call out for assistance or if danger is incoming if required.
Do you have a stable connection, and do you suffer from regular disconnection issues?
I have a stable internet connection and rarely suffer from a disconnection, and even if I do I just reload wow and I run smoothly from there on.
What is your average FPS and Latency in Dalaran and Ulduar/ToTC/ToGC Raids?
I get about 15 - 20 FPS in Dalaran and 35 - 40 in 25 man raids with full graphics settings enabled. My latency is usually between 300 – 400.
Our raiding time is ST11pm to 3am (with day light saving, in GMT term, it's 8pm to 12am GMT+8) Wednesday, Thursday, Sunday and Monday. Can you meet all these raiding days and times? If not please specify the day/time that you cannot meet and reason, do not apply if you cannot at least make 3 full days.
Yes, I will be able to make all days as they are the same as Simplicity’s raid night set up. If I am not going to be able to make a raid I will try to let you know at least a week before or asap.
It is expected you have thorough raiding experience and know ALL encounters and hard modes currently in game. Please list out the followings:
On Crymurder I had farmed Naxx25 for months on end and they Siege quarter of Uld25 with Oligarchy before I had to leave WoW because of family reasons. While on Cryheals I have progressed up to 7/12 ICC25 and ICC10. 2/5 ToGC25, Tribute To Skill ToGC10, 2 achievements short of Glory of the Ulduar Raider 10.
Based on your experience in Ulduar/ToGC, explain what you perceive your character's role in the raids.
As far as Ele DPS goes, we all know we aren’t strongest but if you know how to play your character correctly you can pull some alright numbers. I always keep Windshear and Purge within close reach for whenever a quick interrupt or dispel is needed. Ill be there to drop ToW for the raid and make sure it is down for the entire fight. I can also kite with EB totem and Thunderstorm or help out with kiting by dropping EB for others, aswell as the other totems at my disposal. But with my OS as Resto I am happy to be called to help with healing and decursing.
In your opinion, what is the most difficult boss encounter in WotLK you have ever defeated and why? What was your role in that encounter, please elaborate in details.
Good Question. As all boss encounters bring something different and depending on the raids structure for the night any boss could be the hardest. But as an ele shaman I feel festergut was a hard fight for me. Not that the fight is an overly hard one to understand but due to the fact of the dps required for success on that fight, I would push myself to my limits just to pull my own weight on the DPS meters. I could have easily sat back and let the other DPS do it for me and then said at the end ‘Im Ele, What do you expect?’ but I would always strive to beat my last result. I was usually between 6.5k to 7.7k which I feel is a decent effort without my SHC and without gear such as Reign Of Dead.
Pls post a screen shot of your raid UI.

Festergut 25, Not one my best performances but that is an idea of what I was saying before.
What do you do to prepare for an unfamiliar or new boss encounter?
Anything and everything. Read Strats at tankspot, watch their videos, PTR downs on youtube etc.
What is more important to you: loot or progression? Tell us why.
Progression, in my honest opinion. Yes we all enjoy getting new loots but progression is what I believe end game content is about. Nether the less loots are still important because without loots progression cannot succeed. I have been there for hours on end, wipe after wipe paying for my repair bills just hoping the team will final get the glory of downing a new boss and if we are unlucky, ill be there 30 mins before our next raid waiting to do it all again.
What do you think about staying beyond the required raid times to down new content?
Im happy to stay beyond the given raid times, if given fair notice beforehand I have a career and a life to still look out for. But with notice im happy to bend my hours to suit the guild’s needs
What does guild mean to you?
Guild to me means family. I like to feel welcome in my guild and to make others feel welcome. Im not usually the quiet type and enjoy having a laugh, talking about progression having my brain picked on my spec or vice versa. I am loyal to my guild to the end and I wont abandon ship when seas get rough.
Do you have any well-geared alts? If so, please provide an Armory Link.
I wouldn’t say well geared with some work I guess he could be alright again. But after I came back I culdnt find a spot in any guild for an arc mage so I left at that and focused on my shaman.

What makes you different from other applicants? Why should Shidavere choose you?
I am always looking to better myself as a player, I will accept any and all feedback other players may give. Im loyal and respect all players, no matter what level of experience. I follow instructions and will always point out if I have done something wrong. Im always up for a good laugh
I feel that is probably said by most other applicants, but this is me and I will strive to be the best I can be.
