What is the reason for you wanting to leave your current guild?Progression is a little slow and i am able to raid more than 2 nights a week this guild only caters for 2.

I have full raid exp before ICC and in ICC i have exp 11/12 but do know and have experience of attempts on the LK up to third phase, 25ICC i have 10/12 exp.

What do you do to prepare for an unfamiliar or new boss encounter?
Usually research the fight on tankspot and anywhere else i can find information
What is more important to you: loot or progression? Tell us why.
I do enjoy gearing my character as much as the other but i choose to prefer profression sitting on a boss for days/weeks than finally defeating it is much more satisfying than gaining loot, its just an epic and it will drop again.
What do you think about staying beyond the required raid times to down new content?

His Mainspec is Prot not sure if armory will show him in the correct spec + Gear
Our raiding time is ST11pm to 3am (with day light saving, in GMT term, it's 8pm to 12am GMT+8) Wednesday, Thursday, Sunday and Monday. Can you meet all these raiding days and times? - Raiding experience in TBC (pre-nerf 3.0 raids). I have experience in All of TBC excluding sunwell
- Raiding experience in WotLK prior to Ulduar. Everything upto Ulduar, in ulduar i have exp with roughly half the instance.
- Ulduar hard mode done in 10m and 25m version. I have done 6-7 HM bosses in 10 ulduar
- ToGC(this refers to hard mode) 10m and 25m. 5/510man HM 5/5 2man HM
- ICC 10m and 25m versions. 11/12 10man 10/12 25 man
In your opinion, what is the most difficult boss encounter in WotLK you have ever defeated and why? What was your role in that encounter, please elaborate in details.
Hardest i have defeated would have to be Sindragosa, i am ranged dps for that encounter, i just found with the groups i have had for it it was a very long fight and very intense but has gotten easier each time.
