Ans: Guild drama. Which made the guild kinda fall apart.

Raiding Information
Communication is important, we use English for raiding. Do you speak English? Do you have vent? Do you have a mic and do you speak on vent when required?
Ans: Yup, we both do speak english but we only have 1 mic available and will speak when required.
Do you have a stable connection, and do you suffer from regular disconnection issues?
Ans: Currently subscribed to starhub which is giving us problems for the past few days.
What is your average FPS and Latency in Dalaran and Ulduar/ToTC/ToGC Raids?
Ans: ~35 Fps / ~500 ping and ~60 Fps / ~500 ping in Dalaran for me and wife respectively. While in raids ~30 Fps / ~600 ping and ~50 Fps / ~600 ping for me and my wife.
Our raiding time is ST11pm to 3am (with day light saving, in GMT term, it's 8pm to 12am GMT+8) Wednesday, Thursday, Sunday and Monday. Can you meet all these raiding days and times? If not please specify the day/time that you cannot meet and reason, do not apply if you cannot at least make 3 full days.
Ans: Yes we could raid at those times and fully attend all 4 days.
It is expected you have thorough raiding experience and know ALL encounters and hard modes currently in game. Please list out the followings:
- Raiding experience in TBC (pre-nerf 3.0 raids). Brief summary is ok.
- Raiding experience in WotLK prior to Ulduar. Brief summary is ok.
- Ulduar hard mode done in 10m and 25m version.
- ToGC(this refers to hard mode) 10m and 25m.

Based on your experience in Ulduar/ToGC, explain what you perceive your character's role in the raids.
Ans: Ability to adapt and cover other people's job when required, versatility and adaptability are the most important so there shouldn't be any perception of a char's role at all if you could help out the raid. (eg. a prot pally could off-heal spike damage[although not much but it helps sometimes on the final burst on boss like 300k or so before the boss is killed] on MT and if another healer is down or OT is down and you could grab the adds instead of allowing them to run loose.)
In your opinion, what is the most difficult boss encounter in WotLK you have ever defeated and why? What was your role in that encounter, please elaborate in details.
Ans: ToGC Faction Champions would be my answer. As the NPCs are not tauntable nor cc'able'(for long due to diminishing returns) and your knowledge of other classes are crucial to both survival and priority in kill order not to mention selection of classes, skills and other factors(eg. warrior for mortal strike, rogue for wounding poisons, warlock for banishing) before and while attempting this boss fight.

What do you do to prepare for an unfamiliar or new boss encounter?
Ans: Read up on skills, abilities and strategy on the bosses and learn by experience.
What is more important to you: loot or progression? Tell us why.
Ans: Progression and ability to consistently down the bosses after first kill to perfect the kill with no casualties. Loot will come in time and not to mention the factor of IF it drops or not so no point crying week after week blah blah blah boss didn't drop this didn't drop that.
What do you think about staying beyond the required raid times to down new content?
Ans: Its fine as long as people are not tired and losing their concentration which we've experienced before in our previous server and guild.
What does guild mean to you?
Ans: A place where people gather for a common interest be it progression or loot and saves on time in pugs where people are not familiar on new bosses and fights where they'd need explanation and probably the standard of skills from them.
