What is the reason for you wanting to leave your current guild? Currently oligarchy is having alot of trouble with raid signups/attendance also alot of people have quit the guild. due to this we arent raiding and progressing as much is i would like to.

Raiding Information
Communication is important, we use English for raiding. Do you speak English? Do you have vent? Do you have a mic and do you speak on vent when required?
i speak english and vent is essential for any raid to succeed, i am quite vocal on vent but know when to shut up and listen to raid leaders.
Do you have a stable connection, and do you suffer from regular disconnection issues?
my internet connection is fine and i have no issues with it
What is your average FPS and Latency in Dalaran and Ulduar/ToTC/ToGC Raids?
60fps – 200 to 300ms.
Our raiding time is ST11pm to 3am (with day light saving, in GMT term, it's 8pm to 12am GMT+8) Wednesday, Thursday, Sunday and Monday. Can you meet all these raiding days and times? If not please specify the day/time that you cannot meet and reason, do not apply if you cannot at least make 3 full days.
These times are fine for me and I can attend all these days if I can’t attend a raid date i will let officers know well in advance.
It is expected you have thorough raiding experience and know ALL encounters and hard modes currently in game. Please list out the followings:
I didn’t really raid in tbc because that is when I started playing. I had a tauren warrior on blackrock
I’ve raided pretty much all of the content in wotlk except for togc 25 but I do know the fights. I have also completed naxx 25 on my dk.
I haven’t really done much of ulduar hardmodes I have done fl hardmode and the xt deconstructor fights again on my dk but if we visit these fights I will learn them prior to raids
I have also done togc 10 hardmodes but havent sucessfully downed anub. again I know all the fights
Based on your experience in Ulduar/ToGC, explain what you perceive your character's role in the raids.
my main role is to put out as much dps on the dps race bosses. as for bosses where a lot of precision is required it’s my job to down adds keep things under control and stay out of oozes/fires etc. also chuck out the occasional rez when required.
In your opinion, what is the most difficult boss encounter in WotLK you have ever defeated and why? What was your role in that encounter, please elaborate in details.
I’m not quite sure which ones to say are the hardest. Most of the content I have cleared has been fairly easy once correct strats are know. My guild one shotted blood princes first attempt which I suppose is notable.

I obviously watch all tank spot videos and read up on strats etc.
If I do have any questions/concerns I will ask for advice and will always put my hand up if I make a mistake
What is more important to you: loot or progression? Tell us why. personally I feel progression is a must. and in progression there is loot. A guild that raids together gears and progresses together
What do you think about staying beyond the required raid times to down new content?
I will stay beyond the raid times if need be.
What does guild mean to you?
a guild is a solid body of friends who progress and raid together having fun and developing. with being in a guild i aim to make life long friends.
Do you have any well-geared alts? If so, please provide an Armory Link. my alts aren’t geared my best is probably my dk that has gear enough to tank ulduar 10
What makes you different from other applicants? Why should Shidavere choose you?
I bring a fun but serious nature to raids and the guild. im always willing to help out guildies and will bring extra potions fish feast for guildies. Do LW and Jcing epic crafts etc for free
I feel my personality and humour bring a certain edge to my raiding style`

my current GS is 5962 however I don’t believe that a Gs is a reflection of a characters ability to raid etc
