What is the reason for you wanting to leave your current guild?
I moved Server from Alliances to Horde, the guild taking a break until Catalysm. In order to keep raiding and improved my skills so i want to keep raiding and stay in a good guild. Was in Cupu N Scrub guild for 1 yrs ++.

Yes have vent. spoke 3 languages, english(main), mandarin(2nd), indonesian/ malay (3rd). No prob in Communication
Do you have a stable connection, and do you suffer from regular disconnection issues?
Currently, my net have no issues.
What is your average FPS and Latency in Dalaran and Ulduar/ToTC/ToGC Raids?
FPS: 60 constant, (even when raiding)
Latency: range between 250-500ms (even when raiding)
Our raiding time is ST11pm to 3am (with day light saving, in GMT term, it's 8pm to 12am GMT+8) Wednesday, Thursday, Sunday and Monday. Can you meet all these raiding days and times? If not please specify the day/time that you cannot meet and reason, do not apply if you cannot at least make 3 full days.

It is expected you have thorough raiding experience and know ALL encounters and hard modes currently in game. Please list out the followings:
Pre-Tbc : MC, BWL, AQ 40.
TBC: focus on Arena PVP.
WOTLK: back raiding :
1. Naxx 10-25 cleared
2. OS 10-25 cleared ; 3D in 10m OS cleared. 2D in 25m OS cleared
3. Ulduar 10-25: cleared Starcaller Title.
4. Toc 10-25 cleared ; 10 TOGC hm cleared.
5. ICC10 11/12(guild run) ; ICC25 6/12(weekly pug)
Based on your experience in Ulduar/ToGC, explain what you perceive your character's role in the raids.
Let me keep it simple and clear, im not the best, but i can dps hard and perform well by keep practicing.
As my role, as rogue.. based on past experiences, its not simple task to do. its seems easy but it is not, without a long term and dedicated attitudes we cant improves. but yes Rogues are single purposes class, which is to kill and CC class(kick, interupt, stun, blind etc)

What do you do to prepare for an unfamiliar or new boss encounter?
Items : ALL possibilities i could use. Fully prepared flask, potion Hp, speed, bombs, etc.
Strats : Reading strats as it is compulsory, tankspot etc etc.
Most of all: Preparing my Willingness to spent LOTS of TIME for wiping in new bosses. (always come prepared)
What is more important to you: loot or progression? Tell us why.
Keep it simple, I play to have fun and makes friends. I hate drama over the loots.
For me, Progression will bring more fun.
What does guild mean to you?
Being to the point, Guild for me is like my Home that i could share and chat. Having fun together sharing, learning to improvise our self.

Nope, i play only Rogue that i am focusing on. so only rogue geared. have other lvl 80 just standard epic gear.
What makes you different from other applicants?Why should Shidavere choose you?
1. Willingness and dedication for the guild and raid.
2. Offer my loyalty to the guild until they declare them self as disband
3. My humble skills. I m not a super pro but i can dps good and hard.
