What is the reason for you wanting to leave your current guild? My current guild have fallen apart and no longer raids.

Raiding Information

Communication is important, we use English for raiding. Do you speak English? Do you have vent? Do you have a mic and do you speak on vent when required?
Yes, i speak English. I have vent and mic

Do you have a stable connection, and do you suffer from regular disconnection issues?
I do have a stable connection, having around 200-300ms ping in raids and seldom suffer from disconnection. I blame my disconnections because of ISP. (using Starhub)

What is your average FPS and Latency in Dalaran and Ulduar/ToTC/ToGC Raids?
Dalaran 60, ICC 40-60.

Our raiding time is ST11pm to 3am (with day light saving, in GMT term, it's 8pm to 12am GMT+8) Wednesday, Thursday, Sunday and Monday. Can you meet all these raiding days and times? If not please specify the day/time that you cannot meet and reason, do not apply if you cannot at least make 3 full days.
I can make it for all the days except for 'sometimes' on Wedsnesday.

It is expected you have thorough raiding experience and know ALL encounters and hard modes currently in game. Please list out the followings:
- Raiding experience in TBC (pre-nerf 3.0 raids). Brief summary is ok.
Cleared up to SSC & TK except for Kael and Vashj.
- Raiding experience in WotLK prior to Ulduar. Brief summary is ok.
Cleared Naxx/OS3D/Maly but not on this toon.
- Ulduar hard mode done in 10m and 25m version.

Based on your experience in Ulduar/ToGC, explain what you perceive your character's role in the raids.
I do my job healing tanks and i will never ever allow myself to be carried by the other healers. I will also help cover the raid by dropping afew FoL when needed.

In your opinion, what is the most difficult boss encounter in WotLK you have ever defeated and why? What was your role in that encounter, please elaborate in details.
I say Proffessor Putricide in 25man but i have not cleared it yet. Best attempt got to was less than 10%. During our progression on PP, my guild suffer lots of setback due to main raiders leaving and so we end up recuiting new people in for the encounter making it all harder for us. In the end guild could not clear PP and disbanded.

What do you do to prepare for an unfamiliar or new boss encounter?
Reading up Wowwiki, bosskillers and sometimes tankspot videos.

What is more important to you: loot or progression? Tell us why.
Progression. No progression = no loot and loot drops every week, i don't care if i don't get it this week, i can just wait till it drops in the following week.

What do you think about staying beyond the required raid times to down new content?
I think this is good because it shows the determination of the raid to have an extra practice to down the boss.

What does guild mean to you?
A group of friends helping out each other with their professions and sometimes discuss strats and ideas to improve each other.

What makes you different from other applicants? Why should Shidavere choose you?
I do my homework before attempting new boss. I read up and take in suggestions to improve my skills. I prepare my own raid flasks for raid and i have raid awareness of what is happening around.

F1-F12 are buffs, seal and ress (personal preference sometimes my PP bug out and i cannot buff properly and the other skills that i won't be using in combat except for divine plea)

I bind my E to hand of protection.

Normally i bind my Q to Divine Favor so its easier for me to activate it when i need it. But, we are doing gunship so i replace it with rocket pack.
