What is the reason for you wanting to leave your current guild?
They raid from 7-12, i prefer later start as i have uni work to attend to, as such im in search for a late night raiding guild.

Raiding Information
Communication is important, we use English for raiding. Do you speak English? Do you have vent? Do you have a mic and do you speak on vent when required? Yes, i speak unless and have vent. will also speak when required.
Do you have a stable connection, and do you suffer from regular disconnection issues? I have ADSL2+, but from now and then i experience odd disconnects. this won't consistent problem.
What is your average FPS and Latency in Dalaran and Ulduar/ToTC/ToGC Raids? 30-50dps during icc25 400-600ms
Our raiding time is ST11pm to 3am (with day light saving, in GMT term, it's 8pm to 12am GMT+8) Wednesday, Thursday, Sunday and Monday. Can you meet all these raiding days and times? If not please specify the day/time that you cannot meet and reason, do not apply if you cannot at least make 3 full days. I can make it from 10pm - 2am (your current raiding times) Weds, thurs, monday. Cannot raid on sundays due to an early start next morning , also i like to keep my sunday free to do/catch up on homework.
It is expected you have thorough raiding experience and know ALL encounters and hard modes currently in game. Please list out the followings:
- Raiding experience in TBC (pre-nerf 3.0 raids). Brief summary is ok. TBC: BT 3/9 , Hyjal 2/5 , sunwell 1/6 . Quited , to attend studies
- Raiding experience in WotLK prior to Ulduar. Brief summary is ok. I just got back to WoW and hit 80 when icecrown was launched, thus have no ULD experience.
- Ulduar hard mode done in 10m and 25m version. N/A
- ToGC(this refers to hard mode) 10m and 25m. togc10 4/5 togc25 4/5
Based on your experience in Ulduar/ToGC, explain what you perceive your character's role in the raids.
As a disc priest my task is to preshield, mitigate incoming dmg. basically mass shield and single target healing.
In your opinion, what is the most difficult boss encounter in WotLK you have ever defeated and why? What was your role in that encounter, please elaborate in details.
I really duno, i would say sindragosa but i haven't defeated her yet, missed out on the opportunity. The instability really gets to u as a disc priest, cause most of the spell i use is instant cast. so it stacks up so easily!!!

What do you do to prepare for an unfamiliar or new boss encounter? youtube, all the raid strat websites eg. tankspot, stratfu etc. But some guilds have their own strat to kill bosses, in this case, ill prob ask the raid.
What is more important to you: loot or progression? Tell us why. Progression with loot rewards =D
What do you think about staying beyond the required raid times to down new content?
I am comfortable aslong its not too extensive.

Community of like-minded guys and girls who enjoy wow as a hobby, a place to relax and interact with other people. but also at the same time have fun playing the game.

Nope. This is my frist character i played on frostmourne. i was previously a 70 druid on aman'thul.
What makes you different from other applicants? Why should Shidavere choose you?
I am a solid player, know my class back to front, you can rely on me to come prepared with latest addons , gems , enchant and fight strategies. Wiping isnt an issue, i have learn't to tolerate this aswell as criticism. Im dedicated but dont take the game overboard, i play to enjoy myself but also make players around me feel comfortable.

Had 3days of solid attempts on Lichking so im kinda familiar with phase 1, phase 2 and i guess phase 3 (pretty much same as phase 1), however..unfortunately was not able to attend the defeat of sindrogosa and LK.
