What is the reason for you wanting to leave your current guild?:
i wanna see further content in ICC25. not happy just joining shida's icc25 gdkp with only 6 bosses to my name.

Raiding Information

Communication is important, we use English for raiding. Do you speak English? Do you have vent? Do you have a mic and do you speak on vent when required?
Yes i do speak English, Singlish also can. i have vent as well as a working mic and i do speak on vent when it's required of me to do so.

Do you have a stable connection, and do you suffer from regular disconnection issues?
Currently using Singnet 10Mbps broadband. no problems so far and no disconnection issues till date.

What is your average FPS and Latency in Dalaran and Ulduar/ToTC/ToGC Raids?
In dalaran my FPS is about 40-50, latency is about 300ms. when raiding FPS goes to about 30-45, latency is about 300ms-400ms. max I've seen so far is 500ms

Our raiding time is ST11pm to 3am (with day light saving, in GMT term, it's 8pm to 12am GMT+8) Wednesday, Thursday, Sunday and Monday. Can you meet all these raiding days and times? If not please specify the day/time that you cannot meet and reason, do not apply if you cannot at least make 3 full days.
I can make all raid times. going to ORD soon. clearing leave and off already =p

It is expected you have thorough raiding experience and know ALL encounters and hard modes currently in game. Please list out the followings:
- Raiding experience in TBC (pre-nerf 3.0 raids). Brief summary is ok.
raided as a mage and warrior. have kara/mag/gruul's/za/ssc/tk/bt. went into army when sunwell came abt so i had no chance to raid that.

- Raiding experience in WotLK prior to Ulduar. Brief summary is ok.
raided as a mage for this period, naxx(25/10-full clear) eoe(25/10-full clear)

raided as a shaman for ulduar(10-11/14), but not much experience since i stayed in mostly during this period.

- Ulduar hard mode done in 10m and 25m version.
9/13 hm for 10man on my shaman.

- ToGC(this refers to hard mode) 10m and 25m.
raided on my paladin with this. have 10man achive for togc with 45 attempts left.

Based on your experience in Ulduar/ToGC, explain what you perceive your character's role in the raids.
I love playing my paladin as a tank. aoe tanking is also something that a paladin excels at. and even for single target bosses, a paladin's threat won't be anything short of the other tanking classes. as long as the mob as an aggro table. it's gotta be tanked!

In your opinion, what is the most difficult boss encounter in WotLK you have ever defeated and why? What was your role in that encounter, please elaborate in details.
for me the most difficult boss to do would be anub in togc10. because i was the adds tank. i had problems grabbing aggro of them before they got to a healer. took me a few tries before i got the hang of it. it could also be because we were raiding till very late!

What do you do to prepare for an unfamiliar or new boss encounter?
reading it up, watching vids online, asking ppl who have done it before for advise, bringing flask, and not to mention gold in case of repairs =p

What is more important to you: loot or progression? Tell us why.
progression! without progression wad loot is there to talk about? loots will come sooner or later. not to mention the fun part about wow is progression when you get to learn new things about the people around you as well as your class.

What do you think about staying beyond the required raid times to down new content?
after i ord. anything la =p

What does guild mean to you?
guilds to me are like a family where we get together to do raids etc, and when we don't, talking cock in guild chat.

Do you play actively outside of raiding?
i'm online most of the time. half the time is spent afk-ing and talking on guild chat.

What makes you different from other applicants? Why should Shidavere choose you?
The fact that i am flexible and i try my very best to be able to adapt to new ideas and ways to do bosses. i also believe that every encounter is a learning point be it a kill or a wipe.
