What is the reason for you wanting to leave your current guild?
Reason is simply simple, I love to have progression with more people as current guild does not actually progress on their 25man due to lack of people. And I hope to see more progression with you guys

What is your average FPS and Latency in Dalaran and Ulduar/ToTC/ToGC Raids?
My average FPS with the default settings in dalaran is around 50fps and 200+ ms and as high as around near 500ms sometimes during the day
Our raiding time is ST11pm to 3am (with day light saving, in GMT term, it's 8pm to 12am GMT+8) Wednesday, Thursday, Sunday and Monday. Can you meet all these raiding days and times? It is expected you have thorough raiding experience and know ALL encounters and hard modes currently in game. Please list out the followings:
- Raiding experience in TBC (pre-nerf 3.0 raids). Brief summary is ok.
- Raiding experience in WotLK prior to Ulduar. Brief summary is ok.
- Ulduar hard mode done in 10m and 25m version.
- ToGC(this refers to hard mode) 10m and 25m.
Based on your experience in Ulduar/ToGC, explain what you perceive your character's role in the raids.
Since I only started playing WoW after some time of the WotLK release, I did not actually experience any hardmodes for ulduar. But I did tried pug a ToGC10 before patch 3.3.3 is released. And only managed to get 4/5 achivement for togc10.
From what I perceive my character role is that as a healer myself, basically I will need to keep up with with the heals to let raid members stay alive especially the tank since I am a Holy Paladin, not only that I also need to be alert keeping a look out for the other healers in the raid so that if anything happen to the other raid healer, I could help out and cover them for a brief moment

What do you do to prepare for an unfamiliar or new boss encounter?
To prepare for unfamiliar or new boss encounter, I firstly always will actually go the tankspot.com to watch their video on how they actually fights and position themselves and reading up all the fights mechanics and understand deeply in mind how each mechanics work so my reaction time will be faster and better. I will spend days reading whenever I am free till I am fully understand those fights.
What is more important to you: loot or progression? Tell us why.
Both are equally important. No progress means no loots and vice versa. As a guild, we should always achieve progression to actually make us feel what is happening.
What do you think about staying beyond the required raid times to down new content?
Staying beyond the required raid time to down new content will be good as long there is progression even just by a tiny bit which I considered a progression as well.
What does guild mean to you?
guild means to me where everyone from different places gather together as a family where people are treated equally

Yes, doing other dungeons, chatting with people and helping out people that i met before.
