Part A
Raiding Information
Communication is important, we use English for raiding. Do you speak English? Do you have vent? Do you have a mic and do you speak on vent when required?
Yes to all.
Do you have a stable connection, and do you suffer from regular disconnection issues?
Yes, and no.
What is your average FPS and Latency in Dalaran and Ulduar/ToTC/ToGC Raids?

25FPS in dalaran, 200~300ms.Our raiding time is ST11pm to 3am (with day light saving, in GMT term, it's 8pm to 12am GMT+8) Wednesday, Thursday, Sunday and Monday. Can you meet all these raiding days and times? If not please specify the day/time that you cannot meet and reason, do not apply if you cannot at least make 3 full days.
These are the same raid nights as my previous guild, there is no problem at all.
It is expected you have thorough raiding experience and know ALL encounters and hard modes currently in game. Please list out the followings:
- Raiding experience in TBC (pre-nerf 3.0 raids). Kara/Gruul/Mag/SSC/TK/BT/SW(3/6)
- Raiding experience in WotLK prior to Ulduar. Naxx/Uld/ToGC(4/5)/ICC11/12
- Ulduar hard mode done in 10m and 25m version. 10m - cleared, 25m - nothing much worth mention.
- ToGC(this refers to hard mode) 10m and 25m. 10m - cleared, 25m - 4/5.
Based on your experience in Ulduar/ToGC, explain what you perceive your character's role in the raids.
I've been healing most of Uld/ToC, I did not learn much due to the lack of opportunities to do hardmodes. Out of Uld/ToGC, I'd think Anub hm would be the most challenging fight for a druid healer, glyphing HT and keeping 2 PC targets up, it is very different to the usual druid healing, unfortunately I did not have the chance to experience the fight.
In your opinion, what is the most difficult boss encounter in WotLK you have ever defeated and why? What was your role in that encounter, please elaborate in details.
Even though I have not killed LK yet, I never thought the LK fight is too challenging on normal mode since i've tank/heal/dps it before, however, hardmode is a totally different story. I'd say the most difficult phase would be phase 2. Timing stuns for the valkyrs, killing them before they drop someone off, dpsing the boss down to next transition phase before getting overrun by valkyrs, it's basically testing the max performance from everyone.
Pls post a screen shot of your raid UI.

What do you do to prepare for an unfamiliar or new boss encounter?
Reading up the abilities of the boss FIRST, then watch videos of the fight with different strats. I usually spend time drawing with paint to discuss the overall positioning of the raid in the guild forums.
What is more important to you: loot or progression? Tell us why.
Progression and the sense of community in the guild, it is one of the main reason why I picked this guild since there seems to be a fun bunch of people in the guild but also serious in progressing through new contents.
What do you think about staying beyond the required raid times to down new content?
Over the past year I havent got many chances to actually stay up later than usual for progression contents due to people not showing up or people asking to leave when the scheduled raid time is up. It would be amazing to give myself an excuse to play more.
What does guild mean to you?
Like I mentioned above, its like a community, a bunch of close friends working towards the same goal - to down new contents. We used to have a really close/friendly community within the realm itself before the introduction of x-realm bg/dungeon, but it's all gone now, being in a guild is like a home, a place you can always go back to.
Do you play actively outside of raiding?
Semi-active. I have a few alts I try to gear up when there's free time, I also have a few alts I still play casually with my old friends on another server, but I wouldn't spend too much time on them if it is going to affect my performance/schedule for raids.
Do you have any well-geared alts? If so, please provide an Armory Link. They aren't really geared, but here you go.

What makes you different from other applicants? Why should Shidavere choose you?
Like my class, I never consider myself a star performer, I am more of a consistent raider who will listen to intructions and do what's told.
Part B
Is there any Shidavere member who can vouch for you?
None.
Is there anything else you think we should know about you?
How can we contact you outside of the game?
MSN/ingame chat/mail.
