What is the reason for you wanting to leave your current guild? disbanded coz gleader quit to join another guild, was only a small 10man guild

yes i have a stable net connection and no i dont suffer from any disconnect issues

What is your average FPS and Latency in Dalaran and Ulduar/ToTC/ToGC Raids?

around 300ms and about 70fps in raids

Our raiding time is ST11pm to 3am (with day light saving, in GMT term, it's 8pm to 12am GMT+8) Wednesday, Thursday, Sunday and Monday. Can you meet all these raiding days and times? If not please specify the day/time that you cannot meet and reason, do not apply if you cannot at least make 3 full days.

yeh i can meet all of those accept the occasion wednesday where my basketball runs late in which case ill be online by ST11:15

It is expected you have thorough raiding experience and know ALL encounters and hard modes currently in game. Please list out the followings:
- Raiding experience in TBC (pre-nerf 3.0 raids). Brief summary is ok.

I never played in TBC, in classic wow however i completed mc bwl aq40 and most of naxx. i was in one of the top guilds on my server for over 2 years. i only just returned to wow about 4 months ago

- ToGC(this refers to hard mode) 10m and 25m.
3/5 in 25man 5/5 10man

- ICC 10m and 25m.
11/12 in 10's ( 6/12 HM ) and since i was only in a 10man guild predominatly i have only pugged icc25

Based on your experience in Ulduar/ToGC, explain what you perceive your character's role in the raids.

Shielding, im a disc priest. its all about shielding as my first priority with support raid or single target heals ( depending on encounter ) as support.( predominatly i use pom, flash heal and PoH with borrowed time )

In your opinion, what is the most difficult boss encounter in WotLK you have ever defeated and why? What was your role in that encounter, please elaborate in details.

Lich king 10man tbh, i dont have any WOTLK raid exp appart from icc and togc, while your question specified WOTLk, as a support i would say that cthun so far is the hardest encounter i have ever faced in wow so far. I was an officer and co-ordinating the raid took alot of time and effort.

What do you do to prepare for an unfamiliar or new boss encounter?

What is more important to you: loot or progression? Tell us why.

Progression obviously, when i used to play loot wasnt something ANYONE looked for predominatly due to how much rarer items were so progression is all i have ever played for

What do you think about staying beyond the required raid times to down new content?

yep. i used to be an officer. im the one normally getting angry at other for leaving

What does guild mean to you?

ive only ever been in 1 serious guild which i stayed in for 2 years. a guild is a family of people who want to take progression seriously but also professionally

Do you play actively outside of raiding?

yeh i have serveral alts im leveling plus im doing my achievs atm

What makes you different from other applicants? Why should Shidavere choose you?

Because im a professional raider. i played at the top end for a long time and its all ive known and all im good at. I havnt found a place to call home yet in wotlk since coming back and i want too

I know that u dont know me yet but im a good raider and once im in a good guild i stay. im not the kind of person who leaves after a month or so. i stay for the long haul and make it happen

Well originally i had a holy and a disc build and would frequently switch between which is why alot of them are there. when i went full disc that only thing that stopped me from changing them straight away was the amount of mana i found myself using on lk. regemming isnt an issue though. ill provide a screenshort shortly
