[/b]What is the reason for you wanting to leave your current guild?
[b]I have already left my current guild after achieving Kingslayer ICC10. This guild was far too casual, unorganised and did not take raids serious enough for my liking, I also didn't really feel at home or confortable.

Raiding Information
Communication is important, we use English for raiding. Do you speak English? Do you have vent? Do you have a mic and do you speak on vent when required?
- Yes, i speak English with a very Australian accent which is easy to understand. I have a very expensive microphone which is a good benifit for raiding as it makes my voice clear and easy to understand on vent, I always speak up on vent when requested to, or required to. I also dont mind a social chat
Do you have a stable connection, and do you suffer from regular disconnection issues?
- My connection is very stable. My ISP (Internet Service Provider) is Internode which is very good for gaming. I run at 150GB a month at about 100 Australian dollars per month so i pretty much never get capped\shaped.
What is your average FPS and Latency in Dalaran and Ulduar/ToTC/ToGC Raids?
- My PC Specs are: AMD Phenom II, Gigabyte HD4850,Gigabyte Ma790Xt-UD4P Ultra-durable , 4GB RAM, Windows 7 64-bit, WoW video settings maxed out, Always low latency, I've never had troubles with latency or disconections to date.
Our raiding time is ST11pm to 3am (with day light saving, in GMT term, it's 8pm to 12am GMT+8) Wednesday, Thursday, Sunday and Monday. Can you meet all these raiding days and times? If not please specify the day/time that you cannot meet and reason, do not apply if you cannot at least make 3 full days.
- These days and times a perfect for me, I'm a part time IT student and can make all your raiding times and days, If i cannot make a day i shall give you prior notification.
It is expected you have thorough raiding experience and know ALL encounters and hard modes currently in game. Please list out the followings:
- Raiding experience in TBC (pre-nerf 3.0 raids). Brief summary is ok.
In BC i played my Rogue which i can link armoury if you would like, I merely only cleared Kara and parts of SSC, i was not really a core raider back in that day.
- Raiding experience in WotLK prior to Ulduar. Brief summary is ok.
I quit around this time and didn't raid during ulduar, although i cleared Naxx completely.
- Ulduar hard mode done in 10m and 25m version.
Have-not completed these
- ToGC(this refers to hard mode) 10m and 25m.
Never really bothered, the loot there isnt much of an upgrade for me other than heroic solace prehaps. I've cleared about 2/5 in both 10 adn 25 ToGC
- ICC 10m and 25m.
12/12 ICC10 and 7/12 EXP ICC25, have also had LK exp in 25man
Based on your experience in Ulduar/ToGC, explain what you perceive your character's role in the raids.
- I usually raid heal, I usually keep all my hots active on the whole raid including the tanks, i 100% MAKE SURE everyone stays alive
I also have experience in tank healing, which i usually help top up the raid anywayIn your opinion, what is the most difficult boss encounter in WotLK you have ever defeated and why? What was your role in that encounter, please elaborate in details.
The Lich King or Professor Putricide. I'm going to explain my role in professor putricide as it is easier to explain. Putricide, in my oppinion is not a very healer-intensive fight although it requires alot of organisation. My role in this fight, is to hot up everyone, keeping them alive, running away if being targeted by the Gas Cloud (Orange ooze) or stacking up whilst an other raid member is about to be hit by the green ooze, also other simple things such as not standing on the orange viles, dodging malibu goo and standing out of the green slime pools (obviously)

What do you do to prepare for an unfamiliar or new boss encounter?
I thoroughly watch tutorials and youtube videos until i have a rough idea about what the encounter involves and my role in it. I then listen up on vent if there is an explanation or ask fellow raid members questions if i am still unsure
What is more important to you: loot or progression? Tell us why.
Progression definantly. I feel as if playing the game is to down bosses. And the gear i have right now is enough to progress all the way anyway
What do you think about staying beyond the required raid times to down new content?
- I am more than keen, progression is everything to me and in my eyes thats what wow is about, PvE. I dont really have much interest in PvP. To be honest finishing WoTLK is to down LK25 Hardmodes.
What does guild mean to you?
- A home, somewhere you can have fun and enjoy yourself, its kind of like being part of a sport team, work together have fun and make friends, and WIN stuff
Do you play actively outside of raiding?
- I do, i particularly enjoy making alts and leveling them up and getting them heirlooms.. I usually role other healing classes such as a resto shaman, priests and what not just so i can practice healing even more, although with other classes. But i also have a 70 rogue, another 60 rogue and an 80 mage and some other little alts.

What makes you different from other applicants? Why should Shidavere choose you?
- First of all i put alot more effort than alot of people into this app. I have signed up to your guilds GDKP Facebook page, and i tell them when i am going to attend, and when i do i'm always there. i love your guild!

Is there any Shidavere member who can vouch for you?
Not really, i've been to quite a number of your guilds GDKP runs so some members might know me, theres only one where i went on my druid (5.8K GS) as a buyer, and only really brought one item which pissed a few people off. This was only because nothing really dropped for me, so sorry to those guys! Although the next day i went on my mage which i was lucky enough Shidavere carried me with 3K gs, and i brought quite a few items and bid on alot others which boosted me up to 4.6k GS. Thanks shida!

Not really, I'm more than happy to answer your questions so feel free to ask, other than that i'd like to thank you guys for giving me the opportunity, another thing that strongly attracted me to Shidavere is your wonderful members, They have helped me with alot, not only GDKP's but i've asked your members many questions which they have always KINDLY answered, i've never had a problem with anyone in your guild. Also my girlfriend is a wanna be asian. Shes english living in australia and shes OBSESSED with tokyo and japanese people and ugh she never shuts up about them, so it would be cool to learn some japanese off you guys like how to say "come to bed" would really get me some browny points with her
