Part A

Raiding Information

Communication is important, we use English for raiding. Do you speak English? Do you have vent? Do you have a mic and do you speak on vent when required?
I i am able to speak fluent english, i do have ventrilo, and if the situation requires that i speak in vent i will do so

Do you have a stable connection, and do you suffer from regular disconnection issues?
my internet is very reliable, and i dont not disconnect without a good reason for it

What is your average FPS and Latency in Dalaran and Ulduar/ToTC/ToGC Raids?
my average fps is 30-50 during 25 man raids and around 250-300 ms

Our raiding time is ST11pm to 3am (with day light saving, in GMT term, it's 8pm to 12am GMT+8) Wednesday, Thursday, Sunday and Monday. Can you meet all these raiding days and times? If not please specify the day/time that you cannot meet and reason, do not apply if you cannot at least make 3 full days.
as far as i know i will not have issues making these days

It is expected you have thorough raiding experience and know ALL encounters and hard modes currently in game. Please list out the followings:
due to the size of my server finding *good* groups is difficult, thus getting end game content completed at the time of release is very difficult

- Raiding experience in TBC (pre-nerf 3.0 raids). Brief summary is ok.
did not raid in the burning crusade
- Raiding experience in WotLK prior to Ulduar. Brief summary is ok.
fully cleared naxxramas on 10 and 25 man version, defeated obsidian sanctum with 1 drake up on 10 and 25 man difficulty
- Ulduar hard mode done in 10m and 25m version.
took a break from raiding during this period, after ToC was released i have cleared almost all of the hard modes except yogg saron and algalon on different characters.
- ToGC(this refers to hard mode) 10m and 25m.
currently have obtained tribute to mad skill on 10 man ToGC and am yet to find a group capable of defeating any boss in ToGC 25
- ICC 10m and 25m.
currently 11/12 on both 10 and 25 reg, with a few bosses killed on 10 man heroic

Based on your experience in Ulduar/ToGC, explain what you perceive your character's role in the raids.
as a holy paladin my primary job is to simply keep the tanks alive

In your opinion, what is the most difficult boss encounter in WotLK you have ever defeated and why? What was your role in that encounter, please elaborate in details.
i am yet to find a fight *difficult* in terms of mechanics, though i do find sindragosa on 25 man a challenge to heal due to the debuff stacks combined with the frost breath which deals large amounts of damage to the tanks

Pls post a screen shot of your raid UI. (Screenshot has to be in combat and not in town)

at the time of the photo i was having issues with dues vox encounters so i had deadly boss mods running at the same time

Pls provide a recent WOL/WMO/Recount report of a raid that you attended.

What do you do to prepare for an unfamiliar or new boss encounter?
first off i watch tankspot videos, after that i read up on any mechanics i need to watch out for

What is more important to you: loot or progression? Tell us why.
in my opinion niether is more important than the other, for without progression you cant obtain better gear, yet without the gear to support you the progression isnt going to happen easily

What do you think about staying beyond the required raid times to down new content?
depending on situation it should no tbe an issue

What does guild mean to you?
it is a group of people who are able to rely on each other, work together and have fun doing whatever they do

Do you play actively outside of raiding?
i generally play on my alts while not raiding on my main character

Do you have any well-geared alts? If so, please provide an Armory Link.

What makes you different from other applicants? Why should Shidavere choose you?
if what you have read previously has not convinced you not much i will say will change that
Part B
Is there any Shidavere member who can vouch for you?
no
Is there anything else you think we should know about you?

How can we contact you outside of the game?
0427020295 (preffered contact through SMS) or contact cloudde ingame (relative)
bldangel
can u log out in holy gear plz
talyna
will do
bldangel
can you please explain your spec... y speced in 2 ret, also y not spec into aura mastery? last question y use glyph of FOL?
talyna
i used to be specced into aura mastery but after ToC finished i found that im yet to need to use it so i put the points into a little more crit for mana conservation. With the points in ret going into judgements instead of imp. might that was an oversight that will be fixed asap
Voltain
U are seriously very very undeargeared. Only 475 haste?
talyna
I dont have a single solid set of gear, i swap pieces dependant on fight, i do have a decent haste set (still not capped yet) as well as a spell power and mana sets. most of my choices in gear and spec have been to what has been needed by my current guild
Voltain
Application rejected. Thanks for ur interest.
