Raiding Information
Communication is important, we use English for raiding. Do you speak English? Do you have vent? Do you have a mic and do you speak on vent when required?
I speak english and i have mic. I used to lead a small guild Tenacity.
Do you have a stable connection, and do you suffer from regular disconnection issues?
Nope i don't suffer any bad connection. I work in a lansop.
What is your average FPS and Latency in Dalaran and Ulduar/ToTC/ToGC Raids?
40-160 Fps (lanshop ftw) 300 - 500 FPS.
Our raiding time is ST11pm to 3am (with day light saving, in GMT term, it's 8pm to 12am GMT+8) Wednesday, Thursday, Sunday and Monday. Can you meet all these raiding days and times? If not please specify the day/time that you cannot meet and reason, do not apply if you cannot at least make 3 full days.
Shouldn't be a problem unless i'm going back for reservist
It is expected you have thorough raiding experience and know ALL encounters and hard modes currently in game. Please list out the followings:
- Raiding experience in TBC (pre-nerf 3.0 raids). Brief summary is ok. Cleared everything first 3 boss of Sunwell. (Guild was server first for all the kills SSC/TK/BT/MH/SUNWELL)
- Raiding experience in WotLK prior to Ulduar. Brief summary is ok. Naxx cleared before (pre-bc) wasn't back from wow when ulduar was out (but managed to kill agalon when ToC came out).
- Ulduar hard mode done in 10m and 25m version. 10m hm only (only left a few not completed)
- ToGC(this refers to hard mode) 10m (skill only, no guilds or pug was doing any Togc)
- ICC 10m and 25m. Both at 11/12 90hr LK exp.. lowest at 5%(for 25man)
Based on your experience in Ulduar/ToGC, explain what you perceive your character's role in the raids. Raid awareness and movement. compare to last time raid pre BC3.0, none of the raids can compare to BT/MH difficult.
In your opinion, what is the most difficult boss encounter in WotLK you have ever defeated and why? What was your role in that encounter, please elaborate in details. Mimiron was tough, Agalon is intensive.

What do you do to prepare for an unfamiliar or new boss encounter? wowwiki, youtube and figure out most of the things myself.
What is more important to you: loot or progression? Tell us why. You raid for experience, that's why it's enjoyable.
What do you think about staying beyond the required raid times to down new content? I used to raid 5 days a week, 6 hrs every raid, i doubt anything can beat that. It's like having a 2nd job.
What does guild mean to you? make friends and raiding.
Do you play actively outside of raiding? somehow all priest are achievement whore.

What makes you different from other applicants? Why should Shidavere choose you? I used to raid for top 10 guild is Asia, i want my guild to be the first in server definitely and be the top in asia.

Is there anything else you think we should know about you? The only wotlk raid that is worthy of awesome difficult and encounter will be LK heroic. And i'll like to down it and compare it to previous raid encounters i did before.
