Have 10man Insanity, 4/5 25man
- ICC 10m and 25m.
12/12 normal, 9/12 heroic for both 10 and 25
Based on your experience in Ulduar/ToGC, explain what you perceive your character's role in the raids.
I basically deal out as much damage as possible whilst staying aware of my surroundings and things happening around me.
In your opinion, what is the most difficult boss encounter in WotLK you have ever defeated and why? What was your role in that encounter, please elaborate in details.
25man heroic Lady Deathwhisper so far has been the most challenging boss I've played a part in defeating, simply due to the amount of things going on at once... I was assigned to focus more so on killing adds and CCing MC's rather than dpsing the boss itself. So between killing adds, controlling MC's, slipping in a few hits on the boss between add/MC waves, and not only getting away from ghosts but also getting away from the baddo's who seemed to like eatting the ghosts, I found this encounter quite challenging but also quite enjoyable due to how much it kept me on my toes.
Pls post a screen shot of your raid UI. (Screenshot has to be in combat and not in town)
Iadygaga UI
Pls provide a recent WOL/WMO/Recount report of a raid that you attended.
am currently having troubles with my WOL account and will update this as soon as i can
What do you do to prepare for an unfamiliar or new boss encounter?
First stop is wowwikki to familiarise myself with any and all abilities the boss or adds have in the encounter, paying perticular attention to those which will effect me directly. Next step is to visit tankspot to watch a video or 2, finally i do a search on google to find the different strats people are using to defeat said encounter.
What is more important to you: loot or progression? Tell us why.
progression is paramount, thats what its all about for me.... defeating the game. loot is always nice too however
What do you think about staying beyond the required raid times to down new content?
When working on a new progression fight, if its getting close to being defeated and the raid gets called because we've reached the end of our arranged raid times, for me this is always a bit of a "downer". Staying beyond arranged raid times in order to defeat something we've been working on is definitely fine by me!
What does guild mean to you?
A group of friends and other players working toward a common goal within the game.
Do you play actively outside of raiding?
I'm very active outside of raiding. Whether it be questing, farming, pvp... They're all aspects of the game i participate in and enjoy.
Do you have any well-geared alts? If so, please provide an Armory Link.
I have a resto/boomkin druid, just shy of 6k gs in resto gear
