Raiding Information
Communication is important, we use English for raiding. Do you speak English? Do you have vent? Do you have a mic and do you speak on vent when required? Yes to All.
Do you have a stable connection, and do you suffer from regular disconnection issues? It's ok..Getting new net provider today..so all should be that much better...if not will let ya know ahead of time.
What is your average FPS and Latency in Dalaran and Ulduar/ToTC/ToGC Raids? Dalarn Avg: 20 - 40 depending on my net ^ .. raids 60- 80 ..
Our raiding time is ST11pm to 3am (with day light saving, in GMT term, it's 8pm to 12am GMT+8) Wednesday, Thursday, Sunday and Monday. Can you meet all these raiding days and times? If not please specify the day/time that you cannot meet and reason, do not apply if you cannot at least make 3 full days. Since im from US, i work nights so that is morning for me, so it works out perfect...if im not able to make it means something big is going down at workor so. :0
It is expected you have thorough raiding experience and know ALL encounters and hard modes currently in game. Please list out the followings:
- Raiding experience in TBC (pre-nerf 3.0 raids). Brief summary is ok. Hyjal,BT, M'uru/KT after nerf
- Raiding experience in WotLK prior to Ulduar. Brief summary is ok. cleared all except algalon
- Ulduar hard mode done in 10m and 25m version. done all 10m ach except 2
- ToGC(this refers to hard mode) 10m and 25m. trib to mad skill, 10 man.
- ICC 10m and 25m. 12/12 10 n 10/12 10 h .. 25 man 7/12 .. 25 man pugs sucked hard.
Based on your experience in Ulduar/ToGC, explain what you perceive your character's role in the raids.
In your opinion, what is the most difficult boss encounter in WotLK you have ever defeated and why? What was your role in that encounter, please elaborate in details. " DPS" prob gonna have to say yogg, i got owned going in the portals sometimes, got excited with killing mobs, and killed myself

What do you do to prepare for an unfamiliar or new boss encounter? make sure ive read strat and watched a video, and ask any questions that i may need to know or dont understand
What is more important to you: loot or progression? Tell us why. they are both important, progression more so... more progression = better loot....i rather have nice substained progression anyday myself .. esp if acheives are involved !
What do you think about staying beyond the required raid times to down new content? down for anything... if i fall asleep on my keyboard scream in vent and wake me up
What does guild mean to you? its like a controlled environment...with ppl to help you out and you help them out and most of the time for above avg players to get together and down new content all that good stuff.
Do you play actively outside of raiding? like rl? i work alot and go out with my girl alot

Is there anything else you think we should know about you? Just x-fered to the server, and you guys seem like the only decent guild that is in my time range .. most of the other guild raid to early for me .
